STRIKING SEVENS VIDEO POKER

First, choose the amount you wish to wager and press the DEAL/DRAW button to receive your cards. Then, select the cards you wish to discard. When you press the DEAL/DRAW button again, you will receive new cards in the positions of the cards that you discarded.

In the Striking Sevens game, the player must have at least three cards of the same kind to win. All Sevens are wild cards and can be used as any card, for example as the missing card to complete a straight or the fifth heart in a heart flush. A full deck of 52 cards is used and the cards rank: A (high), K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. Ace also ranks low in the sequence 5-4-3-2-A (a low straight).

After every win, you can decide to collect your money immediately (by pressing the COLLECT button) or try to double the funds won (by pressing the DOUBLE button). The DOUBLE option deals five new cards, with the first card facing up, the other four facing down. The objective of the Doubling Feature is to select a card of higher value from the four ones facing down than the first card drawn by the computer (Ace is the best card possible, 2 the lowest one, 7 is not wild and stands for its actual value). If you select a position containing a higher valued card, your win is doubled and you can collect it or try to double your money again; if not, you lose all the funds.

The best winning hand is determined from the five cards dealt. To see the payoffs, review the payoff chart. The ranking of hands in the Striking Sevens is as follows:

NATURAL ROYAL FLUSH
A-K-Q-J-10, all of the same suit, no wild cards.

4 SEVENS
All four sevens (e.g. 7-7-7-7-Q).

SEVENS ROYAL FLUSH
Royal Flush made with wild cards (e.g. K,10 of clubs and 7-7-7).

5 OF A KIND
5 cards of the same rank (e.g. A,7,A,A,7).

STRAIGHT FLUSH
Five cards in a sequence in the same suit (e.g. 6,2,3,4 of Clubs and 7).

4 OF A KIND
Any four cards of the same rank (e.g. A,A,A,A,Q or A,7,5,7,7).

FULL HOUSE
Three of a kind and a pair (e.g. 5,5,2,2,2 or 7,5,J,5,J).

FLUSH
Five cards, in any order, of the same suit (e.g. A,J,8,4 of Hearts and 7).

STRAIGHT
Five cards in a sequence, but not in the same suit (e.g. Q,J,10,9,8 or 2,3,7,7,6).

3 OF A KIND
Three cards of the same rank and two unmatched cards (e.g. K,6,6,6,4 or A,2,7,7,8).

Please note that all Slotland games share the same mechanism which determines the jackpot win. Therefore, the probability of hitting the jackpot combination on Striking7s is not natural but controlled by this shared random mechanism in the same way as slot machines' wins.
