Step 2: Requirements

All you need is:

1. supported cell phones or other supported wireless devices
2. supported wireless network provider (carrier)
3. data plan activated with your network provider.
4. list of all supported devices cell and mobile phones and PDAs.

1. Cell phone or other mobile device

Generally you can use any cell phone, mobile phone, Smart phone or PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), which supports Java technology, and which has a color display having a resolution of at least 128x128 pixels.

Recommended cell phones and other mobile devices

If you plan to buy a new cell phone, the following devices performed best with our games during tests. We therefore highly recommend them for playing Slotland mobile games. We have no affiliation with these vendors.

Note: unfortunately, some mobile service providers may not offer Java enabled cell phones. Therefore we can currently support only Palm and Pocket PC, with Java installed by the user, and Blackberry, which has Java already preinstalled. If you do not own one of these devices, we suggest you change your mobile services provider, or buy one of our recommended devices. All other providers allow Java. Please contact our customer service if you need further advice.

Non-American and European players

We support at least one wireless network provider in almost every country of the world! Virtually all GSM (except in Israel) and many CDMA providers are supported. If you are able to display the wap page http://wap.slotland.com on your wireless device, you should have no problems playing our games in terms of the connection. If you cannot display the wap page http://wap.slotland.com on your mobile phone, please make sure you have a data plan activated and that your mobile phone has Java installed. Please contact your mobile network provider for information on how to activate data services and install Java on your device. In case the above does not work, please contact our support and include your country, wireless network provider name, phone brand and model name (for example Germany, T-mobile, Nokia 6110).

3. Data Plan Activated

You need to have a data services plan activated with your mobile network provider. How do you find out if you have data services activated? Try testing your mobile connection by going to the wap page http://wap.slotland.com on your mobile device. If you see the page content on your mobile phone (list of supported mobile phones), then you have data services activated.

	Supported resolution: 176x220, 240x320 Note to Windows Mobile users: You need to install Java before you can play Slotland mobile games, Java can be downloaded for example IBM MIDP2.0 1 pack for Windows Mobile (PocketPC) from Handango.com or WebSphere Everyplace Micro Environment from IBM.
	Our games are available also for other PDAs, which support Java runtime and Internet communication.
