| How often do you pay my commissions? |
|
Commissions are paid at the beginning of each month for the previous month's productivity. Generally, commission payments are processed on the first business day of the month. Commissions of less than $25 shall be carried forward to the next month, until such time as earnings have reached at least $25. For commissions higher than $500, we prefer to arrange a wire transfer to be sent to your bank account. If you prefer to receive your commission on your NETeller account, please provide us with your NETeller Account ID at billing@slotland.com.
| How is my commission calculated? |

Calculating commissions at Slotland is very easy and fair. Simply put, each deposit earns you a commission of 15%. We never reduce this commission for player wins, losses, refunds or chargebacks. Additionally, each deposit earns its own commission, rounded up to the nearest dollar. This means if a player has made a deposit of $10, and your commission rate is 15%, you would be credited with earning $2 ($10 times 15% = $1.50; this would be rounded up to $2, the equlivalent of a 20% commission!).
Once your MONTHLY COMMISSIONS (not player deposits) exceeds $1000, we will be happy to increase your commission rate. Simply send an email to program@slotland.com and provide your Slotland LOGIN ID. The Marketing Department will review your webmaster account and get back to you within a reasonable time with their decision.

| What if one of my referrals wins the big jackpot? |

This would be the best thing that can happen to you! No, you do not get to share the jackpot, but we also do not reduce your commissions for a payout that could total $50,000 or more to one of your referred players. Most likely, you will be the hero for having referred such a lucky player!
| Do I have to pay taxes on the money I earn promoting Slotland? |
|
Affiliates are solely
responsible for making any required reports of winnings or losses to
their local jurisdiction for the purpose of taxation. SLOTLAND is not
responsible and is not required to make any reports to any government
of player gains or losses for the purpose of taxation.
| How are commissions paid? |
|
Generally, commissions are paid each month in the form of a cashier's check. All checks are issued and mailed from the Canada, using an independent payment service. This generally facilitates quicker payments to all affiliates, whether from the America or elsewhere in the world.
For webmasters who have US or EU bank accounts we can arrange payments via wire transfer, contact us for details.
Alternatively, for those webmasters who maintain a NETeller account, we can send your commissions to your NETeller account each month. Many webmasters prefer these forms of payments, as payments made to NETeller accounts appear immediately. If you desire to have your commissions paid via NETeller, please send an email to our accounting department at billing@slotland.com. Please be sure to include your Slotland LOGIN ID and NETeller Account ID, to allow billing to accurately and quickly handle your request.

| Can I find out how much I have earned already? |
|
Yes, you can find out at any time exactly how many new players you have delivered, how much has been deposited by these players, how many webmasters you have recruited, and how many deposits were made by your referred webmasters' players. You have the option to reset these stats at any time, but if you do, all previous records will be erased and cannot be accessed by anyone, including staff at Slotland.
| Can I open more than one webmaster account? |

While we recommend that each affiliate maintain just one account to promote Slotland, some webmasters prefer to manage several accounts to better track their promoting efforts. We allow multiple webmaster accounts to be opened, and upon request, will combine the commissions of all related accounts into one check.
| Can I use my commissions to play at Slotland? |
|
Yes, we allow all webmasters to use any or all of their commissions to play at Slotland! Your affiliate account is also a player's account. Simply enter in your affiliate Slotland LOGIN ID and password, and select any game of choice. As you most likely have a zero cash balance in your account (all earned commissions are automatically placed in the withdrawal fund), you will be prompted reverse some or all of your withdrawal fund in order to have cash to play.
| Do you have banners I can use to promote Slotland? |

Yes, we regularly add new banners to our banner page. You can access and save any banners you wish by going to http://www.slotland.com/banners and selecting the banner(s) you like. Alternatively, you are allowed to create your own banners to use on your site.
