Model specific configuration details

Motorola Specific

1. Select the "WebAccess.Web Sessions" menu item.
2. Create the copy of your actual "Web Session" setup.
3. Edit the copy of this new "Web Session" setup.
4. Change "GPRS APN:" item to the Internet Access Point Name (APN).
5. "Set Default" to this new created copy.
6. Remark: some new Motorola phones, as for example E1000, requires to be restarted after each "Web Session" setup change.

Nokia Series 60 MIDP1.0 models (36x0,7650,7700,N-Gage)

1. Enter the "Application" menu and put the cursor on Slotland.
2. Select "Options.Settings.Settings".
3. Select your Wap or Internet "Access point".
4. And then change "Network connections" to "Allowed".

Nokia Series 60 MIDP2.0 models (6260,6600,6620,6630,6670,7600,7610)

1. Enter the "Manager" menu and put the cursor on Slotland.
2. Select "Options.Settings".
3. Set "Connectivity" to "Allways allowed".
4. Note that for the Slotland communication you have to choose and confirm the preconfigured Internet Access Point.
5. You can easily create the Internet Access Point by copying the existing settings and then by modifying just the "Access point name" field.

Samsung Specific

1. Type in #*577699#
2. Then you will be asked to fill-in the Internet Access Point Name (APN).
3. After filling-in the APN press OK.

Siemens Specific

1. Select the option "Setup.Connectivity.Data services".
2. Select also the suboption "Mail,Java,Rms" for older Siemens phones.
3. Check or define the GPRS settings with the correct Internet Access Point Name (APN)
4. Select the option "Setup.Connectivity.HTTP profile".
5. Choose the new Internet GPRS setting as the "Provider".
6. Set additional parameters as follows: "Linger time:"300, "Proxy deactive:"Yes, let "Proxy server:" blank, "Proxy port:"80, and let "Username proxy:" and "Password proxy:" blank.

Sony Ericsson Specific

1. Select "Connectivity.Data comm.Data accounts".
2. Choose "New account" and fill-in all parameters in the same way as by your default account.
3. Except of "APN" item where you should fill-in the Internet Access Point Name (APN)
4. Select "Connectivity.WAP options.WAP profiles.New profile".
5. Create new WAP profile, which has assigned this new data account and the same IP as your current WAP account.
6. Activate this newly created WAP profile.
